1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.5 phpvip 2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have already opted into the promotion.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage on the phpvip 2 platform;

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to phpvip 2 support immediately;

phpvip 2 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any associated funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

8. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

8.1 phpvip 2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; or conduct that phpvip 2 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your phpvip 2 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification checks.

8.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phpvip 2 reserves the right to withhold any bonus winnings and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.

8.4 phpvip 2 will retain account records for the period required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, even after account closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

11.2 phpvip 2's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 phpvip 2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpvip 2 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phpvip 2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 phpvip 2 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is available at phpvip2.org/privacy-policy.

12.2 By registering a phpvip 2 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

12.3 phpvip 2 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by Philippine law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phpvip 2 customer support for resolution. phpvip 2 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phpvip 2's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Players may also seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts.

13.4 You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 phpvip 2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phpvip 2 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the phpvip 2 platform.

14.2 The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the phpvip 2 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
